Any combination of properties can be booked at Upper Woodlands depending on how many guests you need to accommodate. Each house will accommodate and dine the number of guests that it sleeps. The Milking Parlour is our event space and is available to book at an additional cost for sessions in the daytime and during the evening. There are also 2 additional consultation rooms that double as en-suite bedrooms should you need to book additional accommodation.

Each property is rented at a fixed price regardless of whether it is full occupancy. Each property has the capacity to add up to 2 Z beds (temporary movable single beds) to increase the number of guests that property will accommodate.

Noise restrictions are in place at our properties on this site to ensure that one groups stay does not impact on another groups stay. This includes the use of the hot tubs late at night and the playing of loud music outside.

The Sedum Spa pool area can be booked for exclusive 2 hour slots on a daily basis. Each property on the Upper Woodlands site has access to the Sedum Spa facilities.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (exc AMEX). We also accept bank transfers. We ask for a 25% deposit to book each property and the remaining 75% balance is due 3 months before your stay.  The refundable security deposit is due 1 month before your stay.
