Any combination of properties can be booked at Upper Woodlands depending on how many guests you need to accommodate. Each house will accommodate and dine the number of guests that it sleeps. The Milking Parlour is our event space and is available to book at an additional cost for sessions in the daytime and during the evening. There are also 2 additional twin ensuite bedrooms that can double as consultation or treatment rooms if required.

Each property is rented at a fixed price regardless of whether it is full occupancy. Each property has the capacity to add a single bed to each king double room if two beds are required per room.

Noise restrictions are in place at our properties on this site to ensure that one groups stay does not impact on another groups stay. This includes the use of the hot tubs late at night and the playing of loud music outside.

The Sedum Spa pool area can be booked for exclusive 2 hour slots on a daily basis. Each property on the Upper Woodlands site has access to the Sedum Spa facilities.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (exc AMEX). We also accept bank transfers. We ask for a 25% deposit to book each property, a further 25% payment 4 months before arrival and the remaining 50% balance 2 months before arrival. The refundable security deposit is due 1 month before your stay.
